• Federal Practice: Pursuant to 8 C.F.R. § 1.2 and § 292.1, we are authorized to represent clients in federal immigration matters nationwide.

3. Business Registration Clady Immigration Law LLC is a registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Illinois and is foreign-qualified to conduct business in the State of Indiana.

4. Service Area Business Model We operate as a Service Area Business. We do not maintain a storefront for walk-in clients. Consultations are conducted by appointment only, either virtually or at a mutually agreed-upon location within our defined service areas (including South Chicago, Cook County, Lake County, and Porter County).
